Healwell Habits (“we,” “us”) is an online health-coaching service run by Samay K. We’ve kept this policy short and in plain language on purpose — you shouldn’t need a law degree to understand what we do with your information. It explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers this website (healwellhabits.in) and our coaching, which we deliver over WhatsApp and video call.
Information we collect
When you visit the website: if you fill in a form, sign up, or give us your details — or message us via the WhatsApp button — we collect what you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, and the health concern you describe. We use this to reply to you and, where you’ve agreed, to contact you later about our coaching and add you to our leads list. We may also use analytics and lead-management tools that collect basic information about how you use the site (see “Cookies and tracking”).
When you become a coaching client, we collect what we need to help you, all shared by you directly: your name and phone number; health information you choose to share, such as conditions, medications, symptoms, and history; body measurements and lab values such as weight, measurements, and reports like HbA1c; progress photos, if you send them; and your delivery address, so we can ship any nutrition products or supplements included in your program. We treat your health information as sensitive and private, and only ask for what’s relevant to your coaching.
How we use your information
We use it to run your free assessment, understand your situation, design and adjust your coaching plan, stay in touch about your progress, deliver any products in your program, and answer your questions. That’s it. We don’t use your health information for advertising, and we never sell it.
Cookies and tracking
Our site uses cookies to keep it working and, where we’ve enabled them, to understand how visitors use the site and to help us follow up with people who’ve shown interest. This may include analytics services and lead-management tools, which can set their own cookies. When you contact us on WhatsApp or join a video session, those platforms handle your data under their own privacy policies. You can control or clear cookies anytime through your browser settings.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We share it only where it’s needed to deliver our service: the messaging and video platforms (such as WhatsApp and our video-call tool) we use to coach you; analytics and lead-management providers that help us understand our website and follow up with people who contact us; delivery partners and our nutrition-product supplier, solely to ship products to you; our website hosting provider, which stores the site; and anyone we are legally required to share it with, if the law compels us.
How we protect it
We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe and to limit who can access it. No method of storage or transmission is ever completely secure, but we handle your data carefully and share it only as described above.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you’re a client and for a reasonable period afterward, in case you return or we’re required to keep records. When it’s no longer needed — or when you ask us to delete it — we remove it, unless the law requires us to retain it.
Your rights
You have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to withdraw your consent, and to opt out of our marketing messages at any time. Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can also raise a grievance about how your data is handled. Just email us at the address below and we’ll respond as quickly as we can.
Children’s privacy
We offer coaching for children as well as adults. Because children’s information deserves extra care, we collect and use a child’s personal data only with the consent of their parent or guardian, who arranges the coaching and shares the relevant details with us. We do not knowingly collect information directly from a child through this website, and we do not use tracking or targeted advertising aimed at children. In line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, any processing of a child’s data is done on the basis of verifiable parental consent. A parent or guardian can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete their child’s information.

Our site may link to other websites, such as WhatsApp. We’re not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please review their policies when you visit them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “last updated” date below, and any significant change will be made clear on this page.
